Next Wave in Manufacturing Leadership Leadership Kickoff

Next Wave is a new offering from the IMA in partnership with IMEC. It will provide a forum for new and future leaders in manufacturing to network with one another; share best practices and challenges; and learn from industry experts on topics unique to this group.

At this meeting, you will get to know the rest of the participants, learn more about the leadership development component and prioritize topics.

IMA and IMEC are looking to hold regional meetings across the state to bring interested leaders together, determine their most critical issues regarding leadership development and determine what resources will meet these needs. It is planned to have the total group of Next Wave participants meet in its entirety once a year.

Open to manufacturers only for this first organizational meeting.
