Member News: Etnyre International Ltd. Acquires SMF

Etnyre International Ltd. is pleased to announce the acquisition of SMF Inc. in Minonk, Illinois and Anderson, South Carolina. With this acquisition, the Etnyre International group of companies now includes SMF, Rayner Equipment Systems, Bearcat Mfg., and E.D. Etnyre & Co. This acquisition gives Etnyre International entry into oil and gas, power generation, and wind power industries and provides additional capacity to serve existing customers.

SMF was founded in 1972 and later expanded in 2013 when the Company opened its location in South Carolina. SMF specializes in heavy metal fabrication and machining.  They pride themselves on attention to detail and their ability to handle projects of any scale.
