IMA Introduces New Leadership Program: Next Wave
The Illinois Manufacturers’ Association (IMA) is launching a new program for young and emerging leaders called Next Wave. This program will be chaired by a GPMN member, Danette Swank, president of Philippi-Hagenbuch.
This new group within the IMA will help meet the needs of emerging leaders in the manufacturing sector. The Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC) will facilitate the forums focusing on topics like leadership development, success planning, financial modeling, making difficult decisions, legislative advocacy, and building an engaging company culture.
